Michele Pekar is the Managing Director of negotiation training firm CoDev, Associate Fellow at Oxford University’s negotiation program, and author and co-author of two books on negotiation: “The First Move: A Negotiator’s Companion” and “Mediation: Negotiation by Other Moves”. She is a mother of three children and lives in Boston, Massachusetts.
