Dr. Megan Amerson Brown has been on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic, designing safety protocols for hospitals around the country to keep medical providers safe as they battle the coronavirus. Her numerous achievements however, didn’t stop her from being the victim of workplace bullying and sexual harassment. Meet the Guest

Dr. Megan Brown, PhD, CIC, MLS has 10 years of experience in Clinical Microbiology and Infection Control. She received her doctorate in translational medicine with a focus on interactions between sexually transmitted infections and the human microbiome. She has been employed by multiple 500+ bed hospitals located in the world-renowned Texas Medical Center and was an infection control consultant with NYC H&H during the COVID-19 pandemic. She currently resides in Houston, Texas with her husband and daughter.
